I actually like the frozen Good and Gather target brand ones. They hold up and don’t shrink too bad! They also don’t have extra salts and preservatives so you can season however you like. I think there’s a steakhouse pre-seasoned version too if you want to skip doing it yourself. 12 bucks for 12 – 1/4lb patties isn’t too terrible a price either.
Side note edit: the G&G frozen cheese raviolis are absolutely divine too.

Schweid and Sons are what the restaurant I serve at uses, and we have some really fantastic burgers. I work at an international “rock and roll” chain that’s known for their burgers, if that helps anything.

Premade is the only way I can get a high-fat content than 20 percent. I’ve used the Aldi ones, and they were pretty good, but I see Costco has some too that I want to try
