However, despite the relatively low price, don’t get tricked this blender is a flimsy unit. In reality, its sturdily built and packs a punch when it comes to performance.

Similarities Between Vitamix 7500 and e320
There are plenty of similarities between these two models; after all, they’re from the same brand.
Pitcher
Both the Vitamix 7500 and e320 jars are constructed from Eastman Tritan Copolyester premium quality. The material construction on the pitchers makes them durable and resistant to heat.
Also, they are transparent and will let you easily keep an eye on the mixture as its preparing. The pitchers have a similar capacity of 64 oz.
While the volume of the pitcher is large enough to accommodate medium to large servings, it’s not an ideal option for those looking for small servings.
However, despite the similar volume between these two blenders, Vitamix 7500 generally has a wider base than the e302.
The widened base translates to a shorter height of 7.7 inches, as opposed to the extended 18 inches height of the e320.
Nonetheless, despite the varying heights between these two, both of them are easy to store and will even fit inside an average cabinet.
While still at the design, it would be worth noting that both of these models also differ in their weight. The 7500 weighs 12.5 pounds, while the E320 weighs 10.5 pounds.
However, the 2-pound weight difference is negligible, and it would be challenging even to notice.
Blades

Programs and Settings
One of the best things about these models lies in their ease of use. Both of these modes come with a speed knob sporting ten different speed settings.
The speed settings on these units provide you with versatility and will let you carry almost any unction and achieve your desired blend.
The varied speed setting will let you process your blender depending on your desired texture as well as consistency. This makes it easier for you to prepare salsa, desserts, and sauces.
Cleaning
Some user feels as if the cleaning process is challenging on both models because the jars are not dishwasher safe. In reality, both units are self-cleaning.

Differences Between Vitamix 7500 and e320
Platform
The 7500 and e320 are manufactured on different platforms. The E320 is an Explorian model, while the 7500 is based on the G-Series, or rather the Next Generation Series.
Explorian Series
The Explorian Series are the old models of Vitamix, and they consist of E310 and E320. They are referred to as the budget options, but they also come with the shortest warranty.
However, the E320 is suited for the preparation of large to medium-sized serving, thanks to its voluminous 64-oz jar. The Explorian models are compatible with both 32-oz and 48-oz containers that will fit under most of the standard 18-inch cabinets.
G-Series
The G-Series is part of the Vitamix Classic Series. They are the first generation of modern models in the market. They have a more modernized look and come with intuitive controls and simple design.
Noise Level
One of the notable additions on the G-Series is what Vitamix calls Enhanced Airflow Management. This new feature is a combination of noise muffling technology, anti-vibration, and design features that helps to minimize the noise output.
According to the manufacturer, Vitamix 7500 has a noise reduction rating that is 40-50% compared to other models, including E320.
Verdict: Vitamix 7500 or E320
One thing is for sure; both of these models are performance-oriented. They both sport the same pitcher, same length and material of blade and the same horsepower, which in my opinion, are the integral factors affecting performance.
However, remember, its the extras that often define the uniqueness of a product. With 7500, you get a unit that is more superior, especially regarding noise production.
